We all come from different business backgrounds and together we have created
a specialist knowledge base in exporting from our combined experience.

Managing Director

Having worked in senior positions in the UK and Australia, Claire's business skills are the result of first hand knowledge and personal achievement.

At the age of 25 she held the position of senior Marketing Manager with a London based International real estate developer.

Since then she has held several positions in Product Management, Advertising and Public Relations.

Claire's success in exporting was recently acknowleged when she was selected by Austrade as a speaker and case study for the Women in Export Program.

Belinda Hughes
UK Manager

Belinda Hughes has worked at the top level of management and administration in the UK for the past 20 years. Much of her career was spent at Booz Allen & Hamilton, the global leader in management consulting. Belinda's hands-on, "can-do" approach to organisation saw her in demand as a personal assistant amongst top executives and later as a key administrator for the business' marketing and HR departments.

In recent years Belinda has contracted her services, consulting to various private and government organisations on best practice administration, office systems and how to manage resources.

Belinda is an invaluable addition to The Novita Group team.

Lou Schillaci CPM FAMI
Marketing Director

A Certified Practising Marketer with 17 years experience in high-tech industry and a firm focus on marketing, Lou Schillaci has held executive positions in both Australia and the US.

Schillaci has been named one of the "Top Six High Tech Heroes in Australia's IT Industry" by Business Review Weekly and also named among the "Top Ten Movers and Shakers" in the Australian IT industry according to The Australian Newspaper.
